A native of Ireland, I've been helping New Yorkers reach their fitness goals since moving here in 2012. Alongside pursuing my goal of becoming a professional fighter, I spend my time helping others get into the best shape of their lives with my custom programs.
My mission is to empower others. I aim to inspire as many women as possible and guide them on to their self defense & fitness journeys.
My training style emphasizes a full body workout, every work out. I enjoy combining aspects of Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) & self defence with strength training & conditioning to create unique, effective, FUN workouts.
In my time working in the fitness industry I have had the pleasure of working with athletes, office groups, stunts actors, families, and children as young as 3. I enjoy creating customized workout programs for each individual client that I work with.
